  • PCL Oil & Solvents Ltd. (PCL) has been one of the leading manufacturers and traders of plasticizers in India since 1981. Initially we were involved in the production of plasticizers with the single aim to add some malleability to the material or product being manufactured, but since then we have diversified to include a wide range of products and services.

    An ISO 9001:2001 certified company, we started out ambitiously, when we embarked on our first venture, by setting up a large plant in Gwalior, MP in 1981. Seeing unprecedented growth and success, shortly afterwards we undertook another endeavor. Our second plant, which was even bigger than the first, was completed in 1994.
